How to download recording in vicidial

Methods to Download Recordings:

Web Portal Method (Easiest):

1. Log in to the Vicidial Administration portal.
2. Navigate to Lists -> Search for a Lead.
3. Input the phone number and click on the specific Lead ID.
4. Scroll to the bottom to find the recordings section.
5. Click on the recording link (usually in green) to play or right-click to download.

Via User Stats:

1. Go to Users and select the agent.
2. Check the user’s stats page, which lists recordings for a specific time period.
