Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Live Calls, we strive to provide the highest level of service and uptime for our dialer solutions. Because our services are digital and involve real-time resource allocation, we maintain the following policy regarding refunds and returns.
1. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Plans: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual Plans: Users on annual contracts may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if the service has not been utilized. After this period, annual plans are non-refundable.
2. Usage Credits & “Top-Ups”
Non-Refundable Credits: Any prepaid call credits, SMS credits, or “top-ups” added to your account are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expiration: Unless otherwise stated in your specific plan, purchased credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. The “Satisfaction Guarantee” Period
We believe in Result-Oriented Growth. If you are a new customer and find that the dialer does not meet your technical requirements, we offer a 3-day money-back guarantee, provided that:
Total call duration across the account is less than 60 minutes.
The account has not violated our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming or compliance violations).
4. Technical Failures
If a service interruption occurs due to a verified fault in our infrastructure (outside of scheduled maintenance), we may issue Service Credits to your account. These credits are applied to future billing and are not available as cash refunds.
